Full groom service includes also bath, ears cleaning, nails, glands ex, teeth brushing, ear pluck , sani , pads , trimming / haircut/ using both clippers and scissors
Hands scissors hair cut includes also bath, ears cleaning, nails, glands ex, teeth brushing, shampoo, conditioner and a full body hands scissors
We provide also nail trim as A La Carte service . We trim the nails using clipper, grinder and file and fit the service to the comfort of your pup

We are always prepared for
any pet's needs and ensure that your pet will receive the best care and love. Their happiness and wellbeing is our top priority and we strive to provide a service we would want our own pets to receive.
Nice haircuts take time. We groom your pup on a table, unleashed drying by
hand only(no kennel drying), and fit the drying technique to your pup's comfort.
We ensure your pup will get the full and best treatment that they need and make sure all prep work is done fully and correctly.
Please allow us the time to work on your pup.
A bath for your pup usually takes 1-3 hours.
A full groom usually takes 2-4 hours.
Your pup will always be supervised by one of us.
If your pup does not feel comfortable around other dogs, or is dog aggressive, please let us know when booking the appointment.
Please arrive on time for the appointment, as we time the appointments per the time your pup will need. If you are 20 minutes late we will have to reschedule the appointment.
Cancelations policy :
Please give us notice of at least 24 hours for cancelation for any reason to avoid full charge of your grooming appointment.
We are a one on one, appointment only salon with no kennels. You will get a text message when your pup is ready. Your pup needs to be picked up within 30 minutes of text. After 30 minutes, we will charge a per 15 minute late fee.
If your pup suffers from any type of anxiety, please do not give them any type of prescribed anti-anxiety medication without consulting with us first.
Prices are determined by: breed, size, coat type and condition,
temperament, and length of time for groom.

If your pup suffers from anxiety at a grooming salon please do not give them any type of prescribed anti-anxiety medication. We wont be able to check in pups under any prescribed anti-anxiety medication. We will work with pups on CBD based medications only.
To avoid paying cancelation fee please give notice 24 hours before the appointment about cancelation.
